A Letter from General Krulak

To the members of Mike Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines

As you gather together for this special time, know that you do so with the 31st Commandant

squarely in your corner...wishing you the very best. Each of you represent all that is good about

our Corps... Honor, Courage and Commitment. Your service during times of war was characterized

by a selflessness that continues to bind you as a "Band of Brothers" today. Your bravery, your

professionalism and your toughness have built the foundation upon which today's Marines execute their duties in Iraq.

You set a standard in your "yesterdays" that is paying off in our Corps "todays."

Have a wonderful reunion and may God continue to bless each of you.

      Semper Fidelis,

      CC Krulak

      General, US Marine Corps (Ret)

31st Commandant of the Marine Corps
